Did you ask yourself how to embrace in tango?
I did.
Trying to get answer to that question has led me to hell and back. A lot of answers, myths, definitions, explanations and how to's made me to doubt myself, to doubt my (not so big) knowledge in tango. Do I open embrace, close embrace, something in between?
Answer is quite simple my friend:
If you embrace women’s body, you will always do something wrong, you will always make mistakes: hands, feets, head position, something..
If you embrace women’s heart, soul and dreams, you will never make mistake. Ever.
Every one of dem is special, unique, and one in a billion. Every one of them is capable to make your world as beautiful as heaven. Every one of them is a princess, a treasure island, a shiny pearl in a shell. You just need to find it, my friend.
Embrace her heart. Embrace her soul. Embrace her dreams. That is how to embrace in tango. Or in life, there’s no difference.
